    NEOGOV is the market leader for human resources software for the public sector. Lead the product management efforts on ML initiatives at NEOGOV by collaborating with Engineering, UI/UX, Data Scientists, Customer success, Sales and Legal teams. This includes defining the product roadmap, leading planning meetings, writing user specs, interacting with customers, conducting usability testing sessions and analyzing customer feedback to better the product • Launched and conceptualized Insight Lite, a new ATS directed towards smaller employers improving NEOGOV’s revenue by 8% • Implemented the machine learning based ‘Recruitment Marketing’ feature to predict a job’s current health and automate the process of boosting the job on different job boards. Recruitment Marketing generated a revenue of $500k for NEOGOV. • Developed a recommendation system to identify minimum qualified candidates for a job using NLP, Image recognition etc, improving customer efficiency by 75% • Increased traffic from 4M to 6M per month on ‘GovernmentJobs.com’, NEOGOV’s job board, by revamping the UI/UX of the same • Led the API integration efforts with third party vendors like Twilio (Candidate Text Messaging), Stripe (Credit card payments), Recruitics (Job Advertisements) and Background Checks (Checkr) to build features within the ATS Suite increasing revenue by 10% • Worked closely with the Legal, Marketing and Customer Support teams to make GovernmentJobs.com, NEOGOV’s job portal GDPR and SOC2 compliant to protect our users PII, saving NEOGOV being fined 25% of its revenue • Utilized MixPanel to identify and capture the adoption and user trends for the features and figure out the churn and bounce rate for specific customers and then worked with the sales and relationship management teams to reach out to these users so that we retain their business. • Helped the team move from Monolith to Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

    Headed the final year Capstone project at Carnegie Mellon University as a Technical Product Manager and designed and developed a system using Blockchain Technology (Ethereum) and the Microsoft Azure platform to verify the authenticity of data coming from farm sensors and to monetize the data captured by making it available to prospective buyers for audits and analytics Notable Contributions:  Designed and implemented the system for tracking and authenticating data collected from sensors on farms using Ethereum and Microsoft Azure cloud  Wrote and published a paper to suggest ways in which the data captured from these sensors can be utilized to monetize data sharing between the farms and big players like the Government, Fertilizer companies etc and also utilize it for Audit purposes

  • US Postal Services – Recognition of Images of Handwritten Digits – Data Mining

    Technology used : R Programming, R Studio, MATLAB and Microsoft Excel • Validated the dataset using cross-fold validation on Naïve Bayes, KNN and SVM models to assess the best predictive model • Utilized Principal Component Analysis(PCA), Gaussian Smoothing and Sobel Filters to see their impact on the accuracy of the model • Suggested an SVM model utilizing PCA for the recognition of the images of handwritten digits with an accuracy of 98.3%
