San Diego Food Bank
May 2017
At Renovate America (RA) I created a volunteer team. RA’s HR Department used this concept to create other interest groups and teams within the company. For two years, I planned and organized monthly and seasonal Food Bank events for the company. We started out with a team of 5, and by the end we were 15-20 strong each month. In 2017, we helped package and donate over 100,000 pounds of food for the county of San Diego.
