I am a seasoned designer and marketer currently working in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in print\digital design, web design and video post-production. I successfully collaborate with my team to create strategies, pitches and marketing materials that are goal oriented and specific to individual needs. • Print\digital design marketing materials include brochures, eblasts, postcards, advertisements, logo creation, and animated GIFs to name a few. • Web design experience includes building, and/or maintaining, corporate, team and property specific websites through Sitecore, WordPress, Wix and Brandcast. These dynamic sites have been essential in the sale and leasing of high-end properties. • Video post-production skills include working in both After Effects and Premiere to cut, edit and animate video footage, or high-end photography into a marketing piece to upload to YouTube. Marketing requests come in a varying range of needs, which are tailored made for each project. It is my goal is to implement ideas and high-level design work that is best suited for each request. Day to day needs fluctuate, which means that being flexible is a key talent for me to possess. Other necessary skills include being proficient in project management, time management and organization; all of which are needed to thrive and succeed in my field. In addition to my daily job skills and past experiences I am also adept in public speaking, writing and providing clear and concise communication. I am amenable to suggestion, which allows me to grow personally and professionally enabling me to be my best. My job responsibilities go beyond just design and marketing to include great customer service.
