When it comes to “bottoms”, the two basic categories are obviously shorts and pants. Depending on what activities you will be performing, shorts may be a necessity. However, for weight lifting and general fitness or even just running errands, at PureBold we prefer pants. Pants and particularly sweatpants are more comfortable and better looking.
If you’re working out and doing exercises like squats or leg presses, you don’t have to worry about your shorts moving around, etc. Pants offer more coverage and comfort overall in our experience.
