Background

Summary

I am a practicing painter, designer, and performance artist. I am technically trained in printmaking, graphic design, figure drawing, and sculpture. I am most intrigued by the way people interact with art and technology. As a painter, many of my pieces mirror the human experience; gradually becoming more complex and having layers removed over time. My most recent works discuss technology and user experience through performance and installation art. My interest in sustainability is intrinsic to my art and design practice. Design is a tool that I hope to use to combat climate change, global housing crisis, and food deserts. www.cameroncarmen.space
