    BSCS is a product for Telecom-Billing and charging system owned by Ericsson. Approximately the product has got 150 customers who are giant telecom operators across the globe. The project is maintain various releases of BSCS for customers who raise requests based on their customization and requirement. Handled core modules Customer Management System(CMS), Customer Care(CX). My Contribution: Role – CMS Developer ● Leading the modules CMS, CX with a team of around five people. ● Been a member of team in winning the project to TCS from Ericsson by working at client’s location to prove our potential. ● Promoted team work more so that dependency on any individual can be reduced and knowledge will always be shared. ● Critical deadlines with frequent releases in Agile made it a tough challenge.

  • Ericsson – Digital Communication Processing

    DCP (Digital Communication Processing) is an R&D project for Ericsson which has adopted all the advanced technologies for its implementation. Basic goal behind this is to track the statistics of communication between different devices. Our Module is Service Portal which basically deals with the UI part of the applications which will be deployed as portlets. My Contribution: ● Worked in Agile methodology and was a key developer in the team. ● Working in latest UI frameworks like Vaadin and PrimeFaces made me to update myself for any issues with very little help from upper level. ● Promoted team work more so that dependency on any individual can be reduced and knowledge will always be shared. ● Short deadlines with frequent releases in Agile made it a tough challenge.

    MetaFour is a product developed by Infosys for Data Analytics in Metadata-Master Data Management, It has two basic modules as Reports and DSUI. Reports will categorize the master data into various graphical formats in multiple ways according to the need whereas DSUI automates the data entry process for the application. My Contribution: ● Part of Requirement Discussion, Gathering and Analysis. ● Designing the flow and documenting the detailed level designs and expected test results. ● Development in Java with Hibernates and Spring MVC structure and JSF as the main weapon for front end design by adopting PrimeFaces.

  • Sears – Order Management Systems (OMS)

    Refactoring and Migrating the IBM’s Web Sphere Commerce Suite (WCS) to an open source Java based Application in phases. We were part of the critical area Post order processing where the flow takes from step where the order gets placed to until it gets shipped. Worked for Kmart which is one of the Sears Subsidiaries, USA. My Contribution: ● Development with coordination of the team from other modules ● Handled the module KANA alone from the off shore which comes in picture in every release of the project. ● Participating in teleconference and technical discussions with the client on weekly basis. ● Awarded as the ‘Most Valuable Player’ for my contribution to the project.

  • UCM – Online Blood Bank

    Blood bank system is a website which helps to bring blood donors and receivers particular hospitals together. Registered Hospitals can check for the information of blood quantities available with the blood bank any time and book a slot for collecting required blood. Blood Donors who wish to voluntarily donate blood can register as donors and give their details so that they can be approached in case of emergencies. The project was developed using PHP, HTML5, Java Script, CSS and Boot Strap. Used tools like XAMPP and MySql database.

  • UCM – Service Request Maintenance System

    May 2016

    Service Request Maintenance System is a web application developed for maintenance of housing systems. The idea behind the project is to bring residents and employees into a single online platform where residents can raise and check status of their requests and the employees can view and update requests. The project was all designed and developed alone by using Java 8, Java Server Faces in combination with Prime Faces for UI, Spring, Hibernate for backend interaction. Used MySql database and tools like Maven, Eclipse, Fire Bug, MS Visio.

    Won the award for my contribution to the project as a Java developer. In fact, it was my first project as Java developer from core, It involved many challenges like complex framework integrations as it was an attempt to create alternative open source channel to licensed IBM’s WCS enterprise suite. Quickly adapted to the new frameworks and contributed immensely to the success of the project.
