    Dev Bootcamp is a 19-week intensive program for web developers, rooted in learning full-stack development skills and empathetic team cooperation. The program is focused on full-stack development skills, including Ruby, Javascript, SQL, HTML, and CSS. Students build on their core knowledge of these subjects with frameworks such as Sinatra, Rails, JQuery, Underscore.js, Backbone.js, and many others. Alongside the technical skills, Dev Bootcamp includes training in effective teamwork and empathetic communication in the workplace. Dev Bootcamp includes over a half-dozen team projects that give us a chance to practice agile development, continuous integration, and other habits that are standards of the industry. Among these projects are a 3-day project that simulates working with a client, and an 8-day capstone that includes self-teaching a new technology.

    Beats Per Mash (aka BPM) is a single page app design to allow up to 10 users to play, record, and save music while working collaboratively from different locations. • Sounds and colors are generated with the keypress of numbers 1 to 9 on the keyboard through implementation of HTML/CSS, Javascript, and jQuery. • Utilized action cable and WebSockets through Rails 5 in order to create virtual rooms where users can experience real time music collaboration.
