    *Managed, maintained, and upgraded 110 different internally developed applications/Excel workbooks used to streamline business processes and increase accuracy. *Developed several new applications in C# that were incorporated into the policies and procedures of the business line. *Responded to issues with the applications from users and diagnosed/fixed the issue in a timely manner. *Upgraded all existing applications while business line underwent upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7.

    *Managed time and prioritized print orders to ensure that all member orders would be completed at the promised time. *Acted as a printer technician and was able to repair printing problems to avoid copious downtime. *Supervised the department for two years with additional duties including: managing breaks and lunches, writing schedules, attending weekly and monthly P & L meetings and handling member complaints.

    February 2013 – May 2013

    A web service written in C# to receive information sent via kiosks in stores to centralized databases. Databases were created using Microsoft SQL. Designed and wrote reports for project. The project was completed for Project Management & Practice.

  • Jerald The Beaver Teaches Math

    August 2012 – December 2012

    A math drill application intended to teach first graders addition, subtraction and comparisons. The application would allow an admin(teacher) to add, delete, edit students for their class and view Excel, text, and on-screen reports of how the students were doing. Written in C# for Software Engineering.
