    Precision Diagnostics performs toxicology analysis of urine and oral fluid samples from healthcare providers across the United States. Our goal is to give providers as much information as possible in regard to their patients care. We are focused on providing compassionate, compliant care and results, and fighting the opioid epidemic. My work is centered around process improvement and efficiency. I work with all departments to see how their work processes can be streamlined. I was recognized with 4 other employees for reducing overall company expenses by $100,000 in the month of September 2017. I built a custom CRM (“Flux”) for Precision. Flux connects to our Laboratory Information Management, as well as our billing platform to bring all pertinent information into a single system.     Solar Turbines designs and manufactures industrial gas turbines for onshore and offshore electrical power generation, for marine propulsion and for producing, processing and transporting natural gas and oil. This role was a short-term contract position to assist the Solar Turbines PMO department in bringing their Project Server environment up to date, as well as automating manual processes. Duties included patching and service pack installation, managing dev and production environments, troubleshooting SSL certificate issues, and general Project Server Administration. Through the use of PowerShell scripting, I was able to automate project site creation, assign permissions, and modify top-level site navigation to include newly created sites in SharePoint.

    As the Senior SharePoint Administrator, I oversaw development and production resources for an industry leading financial institution. I was responsible for Development, Staging and Production environment administration, updates, maintenance, software deployment, and solution testing. As part of the infrastructure team, I managed our developer’s Azure Cloud Environment, provisioning VMs and managing associated costs. Since starting with AMGH, I have performed 6 migrations from SharePoint 2007 & 2010 single-server deployments to a single, 3 tier, 6-server SharePoint 2013 Enterprise Farm. For our Membership division, I oversaw the digitization and indexing of over 1.8 million documents into SharePoint. I implemented digital forms to replace paper processes which resulted in a savings of $20,000 annually in paper and printing supply expenditures, as well as optimized business processes allowing our call center reps to have more time on the phone. In conjunction with our Pilot Records department for one subsidiary company and the FAA, I implemented an electronic signature solution utilizing InfoPath. Implementation of DocuSign as a full-featured electronic signature solution is under development for the remaining companies. Together with our Kofax Administrator, we have deployed a solution for our Revenue Cycle division using Forms Based Authentication and Nintex Workflow to connect to our flight tracking, billing, and dispatch system databases to allow our outside and contract employees to access SharePoint and make necessary flight tracking corrections and modification to ensure accurate billing.
