Recognized as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product / service. • Redesigned Electronic Requisition user interface of Unity PACs Radiologist Reading station, improving radiologist efficiency in analyzing exams. • Played key role as member of architecture group charged with defining process and coding guidelines for conversion of Unity PACs Reading station from 32-bit to 64-bit software, completing project in 1 year instead of estimated 3 – 5 years. • Rewrote report editor feature to transfer DICOM SR data to MS Word clinical reports, reducing amount of time radiologists spend creating clinical reports and increasing number of patient exams processed daily.

SME for investigations and solutions at customer sites leading to deployment of patches and / or maintenance releases. • Designed and implemented SmartForm scan feature to scan and auto-file patient forms containing barcodes to correct patient exams, increasing efficiency of front office medical staff. • Designed capability for radiologist reading stations, integrating with multiple medical speech recognition providers (Dragon Naturally Speaking Medical hosted on-premise, and cloud-based M*Modal Fluency Direct), freeing staff from dependency on single supplier source. • Developed reading stations’ capacity to utilize text-to-speech to announce position in clinical report, allowing user to navigate document and dictate without looking at document, speeding document completion. • Designed and implemented capability for radiologist reading stations to support multiple microphone providers (Philips and Olympus) for dictating clinical reports.
