    -Implemented first computer hardware and software management system in the company’s history. -Took over the Sprint and Verizon cellular account management, improving relations with our mobile account managing company, combining multiple accounts into a single Sprint and single Verizon account to streamline management and billing. -Worked with an outside company to implement a managed print services program in order to: reduce strain on the IT department having to support a fleet of printers; create a more standard model of machines to be supported; attempt to reduce printing costs by reducing printer footprint, increasing copier/MFP footprint where needed, and billing print costs back to departments to increase printing visibility. -Worked with Sprint to migrate over 900 Nextel devices across 12 nationwide offices: involving activating devices, creating and disseminating instructions on how to install time keeping applications that link back to Bergelectric’s payroll system, and printing over 2,000 ID cards. -Began assisting the IT and Marketing directors by creating a website for a newly developed joint venture partnership between Bergelectric and Helix Electric,; branding two careers search pages, one for the Bergelectric website and one for the Berg-Helix website; and modernizing the html coding of the Bergelectric website. Currently still works in progress.

    -Planned communication training curriculum for 13 week long training of teams of Marines, known as Transition Teams, who’s primary function was to then train and advise foreign military and law enforcement. This training to was instruct Marines who had little to know communication background on the functionality of operating radio communication devices in small groups when no other communications support is provided. -Developed training courses on newly developed software, allowing radios to be used to send encrypted email messages.
