    As a Teradata Product Support Engineer I was a key member of an expert team of support engineers, focused on delivering a myriad of deep ­level technical support related assignments to both internal and external audiences. I have a deep understanding of the Teradata database and its associated tools and platforms along with the ability to clearly articulate support decisions and findings.     Assisted in developing the software architecture and system requirements for a new security protocol that operates at multiple network layers. Assumed primary responsibility for designing and developing a complex client-side user interface and dashboard that operates over HTTPS by communicating with various web services. Developed an appealing and consistent graphical design for an alerting and monitoring dashboard using HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery and Linux System Tools. Developed and code application layer software using Apache Server, Ajax protocols, and Javascript. Determined and justify the appropriate web services language for the application. Documented the software as written. Evolved the software design and code through the research, development, and testing phases to improve efficacy and efficiency based on test results of security attacks on the network. Provided the ability to incorporate aspects of development tangential to direct requirements, such as security, supportability, and measurement into scope.
